At the Prescott Pilates Studio we teach a variety of
lessons to meet our client needs. Private & duet lessons
are primarily equipment based but can include foam roller, stability ball, mat or band work.

| We schedule our mat classes according
to preference of day and time available to both clients and studio. Our
classes are a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5, providing the individualized attention to form and safety that Joe Pilates intended. |
